130A-334(15), serving single or multiple-family residences, places of business, or places of public assembly. The wastewater system shall be designed to prevent the discharge of effluent to the land surface, surface waters, or into groundwater, except as allowed when used in conjunction with an RCW system as set forth in Rule .1002 of this Subchapter.
